OK...back again. Seems like I'm consistently staying around 105 when I stop exercising. Anyhow, gotta get back to it. Since I am sick now I won't say I did so much. But, once I recover....it's back on!! The struggle for 100 lbs.
Hello all. Welcome to my new blogger page. Note--this is not going to replace the original blogger page. But in my mind, I was thinking that documenting my exercise regimen and the results on a daily basis may help me out (and bore everyone else) in terms of consistency.
Today: 2 mi 100 situps 50 of those leg lift thingies on the situp bench
Food: pasta fruit bowl rice w/beef and broccoli cha (I don't know what to call this in English...I'm fobby like that)
