Hello...
Today I volunteered at Venice Clinic, and they fed me very well.

Bagel w/cream cheese
burrito
dinner TBA

1 mile run
swimming for an hour or so (or more like wading since it was so crowded)
100 situps
50 obliques

102.2 lbs
I didn't get to make an entry yesterday, or the day before I believe. I have a bad memory so I will just skip the past two days.

Anyway, today was OK.

1 Asian pear
1 donut
stir fry noodle
rice w/fish and stir fry cha and boiled egg
a little uni and a few bits of raw tuna

1.5 mi
200 crunches
100 obliques

Welcome in!

Hello all. Welcome to my new blogger page. Note--this is not going to replace the original blogger page. But in my mind, I was thinking that documenting my exercise regimen and the results on a daily basis may help me out (and bore everyone else) in terms of consistency.

50 of those leg lift thingies on the situp bench

pasta
fruit bowl
rice w/beef and broccoli
cha (I don't know what to call this in English...I'm fobby like that)
